The Comedians:
Mel Lucier needs no introduction being one of the OG’s in Windsor’s comedy scene. Her wit and charm blends seamlessly with her foul and bold style of comedy. Her range is endless. As one of the best LGBTQ comics in the Windsor and Detroit area, she will give you her hilarious perspective on relationships, family, life and she may even touch on her self called “midlife crisis” too. Mel has performed at clubs across all of Canada and throughout Michigan and she has even toured with a few of RuPaul’s queens. I told you she was awesome.
Jon “Jonny P” Peladeau has been a Windsor based stand-up comedian and performer since 2010. Combining hilariously over the top real life stories with off the cuff audience interaction, he quickly became prominent in the area and a regular at comedy venues throughout Southern Ontario and Michigan. Jonny was a finalist and then producer of the Border City Comedy Festival and has performed at Laughfest, Windsor Comedy Festival, and many more large-scale events. He has produced many local shows, attractions, and events and opened for many hilarious comedians from all over the world.
CJ Erwin, a standout comedian from Windsor, Ontario, has made a name for himself with his brutally honest and hilariously relatable takes on family life. Drawing inspiration from his experiences as a husband and father, CJ’s comedy delves into the everyday chaos, joys, and absurdities of raising kids and navigating marriage. His sharp wit and authentic storytelling have earned him media credits on CTV, CBC, AM800, Blackburn News, Windsor Life the Windsor Star, and other major news outlets in Windsor. Beyond stand-up, CJ’s talents extend to filmmaking, where his work has also been recognized and featured across various media platforms.
