Yoga and Pilates courses in Windsor
Yoga means Union or to join. Hatha Yoga is the union of the body and the breath. Ha means Sun and Tha means Moon. These two elements are masculine and feminine forces and by yoga practice many imbalances and diseases experienced in the human organism may be cured or prevented. For some, Yoga is a way of life and and for others a practical discipline which maintains fitness. By embracing yoga in a regular sense we may harness growth on a number of levels and receive an insight into the truer essence of our being.
Balancing the body and mind comes naturally in Windsor’s calm and scenic surroundings, making it an inspiring place to join Yoga and Pilates sessions. Visitors can take part in classes that focus on relaxation, posture, and overall wellbeing, often held in peaceful settings that enhance the experience. Whether practising gentle stretches beside the river or strengthening the core in a focused studio environment, these sessions cater to all abilities—from beginners seeking calm to seasoned enthusiasts refining their technique.

Yoga for Harmony is a small independant yoga studio set up by myself, Julie Potter, in 2006. A fun and challenging mix of vinyasa and alignment yoga, this class is designed to cultivate focus, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Form & flow offers alignment direction within the flow of posture and breath.
